The farm has about 530ha and is located in the municipality of Alvito, inserted in the wine-growing sub-region of Vidigueira. Its formation and existence are due to the need for integrated management of the various branches of business that are developed there, namely the exploitation of livestock, tourist game reserve, viticulture and some cork. The estate has about 530ha and is located in the municipality of Alvito, about 30mn from Évora and 1: 40h from Lisbon being inserted in the vitiguinícola sub-region of Vidigueira.

The largest portion of the estate's area is devoted to cattle breeding with a herd of 200.

It has all the conditions to increase the number of people to more than double, with parking dedicated to the entire cattle management.

About 100ha of clean area are available, suitable for the implementation of vineyards, olive groves in super-intensive, almond, etc ... there is a high capacity dam and several dams, always providing water even in the most critical periods.

You also have access to water from the Alqueva dam.
It has a vineyard with irrigation, with about 25ha, being 21ha red grape varieties (Aragonez, Trincadeira, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon) and 4ha white grape varieties (Antão Vaz and Viognier), the grape varieties being properly separated, in different plots .

The cellar is recent and modern, with about 2,500 m2 of construction area. It has a basement with 600m2 for wine aging in French and American oak barrels.

It has a production capacity of around 500,000 bottles / year 0.75L. Due to the infrastructural capacity, it has the possibility of a substantial increase in production, if necessary.


A space with 550m2 of Regional architecture is also integrated in this project, with ambitions complementary to wine production, within the scope of wine tourism, where it is possible
taste the wines in the cradle of their production, providing a lounge with the capacity to receive groups and enjoy guided visits to the winery and vineyard, being able to see how the grape is obtained so precious nectar.

There are two Alentejo hills, the main one being composed of a 600m2 single storey house with 4 suites + 3 bedrooms, a 100m2 lounge, 3 bathrooms, office, storage room and kitchen with a wood oven. The entire attic area is also habitable.

It has beside the house of the caretakers with 3 rooms. The other hill is further away, composed of 3 physically separated houses, which support tourist hunting.
